Tanah Lot

Tanah Lot Temple
Tanah Lot is one of the largest sacred temple on the island of Bali. Here are often held large ceremonies Hindu Bali. Located on the edge of the beach area Beraban village, district of Kediri, Tabanan regency. The distance is about 30 km west of Denpasar and about 11 km south of Tabanan town.

Temple was built over the hill and can be reached within a few minutes by foot, because the distance is only about 100 meters from the beach, where sea water is receding.

To go to Tanah Lot is not far away. Only about 20-30 minutes away by car from Kuta or Denpasar. Such as Kuta Beach, usually Tanah Lot is the final destination for travelers after a day visiting a variety of other interesting sights.

Tanah Lot, Bali is known as the best place to watch the scenery sunset in Bali. Especially watching it through the high cliffs that are also occupied by small restaurants there. The best time to visit this place is between the hours of 17:00 to 18:30 pm.

In addition to a very large place and the scenery is very spectacular sunset, the waves around the temple area is also the main attraction.

North of Tanah Lot Temple there is a temple situated on a cliff that juts into the sea. This cliff temple with the land and shaped like a bridge. If we go down to the beach between the Tanah Lot  Temple with cliffs, then at certain times we will witness the greatest sunset.

The red sun ball going right in the hole cliff. As tired eyes see the world. Unfortunately this scene is only in certain months is when the sun sinks biased toward the north.

The place is frequented by lots of tourists and locals, especially during the afternoon hours when the sunset view is breathtakingly magnificent.
